This 2-color detector is a room temperature device with state-of-the-art sensitivity. It is available with various accessories such as optical filters, integral preamplifiers, and fiber optic connectors.
The detector has two photodiodes, one UV Si photodiode and one PbSe photoconductor, with active diameters of 2.5mm and 2.0mm respectively. The operating wavelengths range from 0.2um to 4.5um.
