This datasheet describes a series of high-reliability, unidirectional and bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) devices designed for thru-hole mounting.
The devices offer a range of standoff voltages from 5.8 V to 324 V and are available in various screening and conformance inspection options based on MIL-PRF-19500.
