The S-1000 series is a high-precision voltage detector developed using CMOS process with an accuracy of ±1.0%. It operates with low current consumption of 350 nA typ. and is available in two output forms, Nch open-drain and CMOS output.
The series is suitable for portable equipment with ultra-low current consumption, high precision, and small package. It has a wide operating voltage range of 0.95 to 5.5 V and hysteresis characteristics of 5% typ.
The product is lead-free, Sn 100%, and halogen-free, making it environmentally friendly. It is available in various packages, including SC-82AB, SOT-23-5, and SNT-4A.
