The T Series Thru Hole ultra miniature transformers from PICO Electronics are designed to meet MIL-PRF-27 standards, Grade 5, Class S.

These transformers offer extreme resistance to thermal shock, ultra miniature size, and are approved as a QPL (Qualified Products List) source.
Magnetic shields and electrostatic shielding are available, and variations of standard designs can be produced.
Primary and secondary windings can be used as either input or output, and special production techniques ensure uniform size and leads free of encapsulant.
Specifications
The transformers have a frequency response of +3db, 20 Hz to 25 KHz at 1.0 milliwatt, with a maximum distortion of 5% at rated power level and 300 Hz, and 10% distortion at 20 Hz.
Dielectric strength is tested at 200 V RMS, and insulation resistance is greater than 10,000 megohms at 300 V DC.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to +130°C, and terminals are solid .020 diameter conductors with solderability per MIL-STD-202 Method 208.
The transformers also undergo thermal shock testing for 25 cycles, Method 107, MIL-STD-202, with a test condition range of -55°C to +130°C.
