The GBLCxxl and GBLCxxCI Series are ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor arrays designed to protect applications such as portable electronics and smartphones.
Key Features
These arrays are available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, rated at 250 Watts for an 8/20μs waveshape, and meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements.
They offer ultra-low capacitance (0.6pF typical) and low leakage current in a miniature SOD-323 package, making them suitable for high-frequency applications.
Applications
These devices are suitable for Ethernet, SMART phones, handheld wireless systems, and USB interfaces.
