The devices operate from 8-V to 35-V and feature a 5.1-V reference trimmed to 1%, with an input common-mode range that includes the reference voltage.
The oscillator frequency range is 100-Hz to 500-kHz, with a separate oscillator sync terminal and adjustable dead-time control.
The devices also feature internal soft-start, pulse-by-pulse shutdown, and input undervoltage lockout with hysteresis.
Applications
