Soft-Start: Built-in soft-start circuitry with an external timing capacitor required.
Shutdown: Pulse-by-pulse shutdown with instantaneous turn-off and soft-start recycle with longer shutdown commands.
Output Drivers: Totem-pole output drivers capable of sourcing or sinking up to 20mA.
