Laser Diode Characteristics
The U-LD-80B044D-D is a 808nm laser diode with a TO-18 package, no glass cap, and no photodetector (PD). It has a power output of 200mW and a beam divergence of 11° (parallel) and 37° (perpendicular) at a wavelength of 805-811nm.
Electrical and Optical Characteristics
The device has a threshold current of 87-97mA, operating current of 273-280mA, and operating voltage of 1.9-1.95V. It also has a slope efficiency of 0.8mW/mA, and typical characteristic curves are provided for optical output power versus forward current and forward voltage versus forward current.
