The SIL Resistor Network L Series from TT Electronics is a range of thick film low profile SIP conformal coated resistor networks that are RoHS compliant.
Electrical Characteristics
The series offers a standard resistance range of 22R to 1M with tolerances of 1%, 2%, and 5%. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100ppm/°C.
Environmental and Mechanical Properties
The resistors have a high insulation resistance of 210,000 Megohms and can withstand thermal shock, short time overload, and mechanical shock. They are also rated for low temperature storage and high temperature exposure.
Physical Characteristics
The resistors have a lead finish of SnAgCu and a conformal epoxy resin coating. The outline dimensions vary depending on the number of leads, which range from 10 to 14.
Ordering Information
The ordering code consists of the model series number, number of leads, circuit type, and tolerance code. The series is RoHS compliant and has options for ammo pack and tube packaging.
