Overview
The TT Electronics SIL Resistor Network L Series is a range of thick film low profile SIP conformal coated resistor networks that are RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
Electrical Characteristics
The series offers a standard resistance range of 22R to 1M with tolerances of 1%, 2%, and 5%. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the temperature coefficient of resistance is ±100ppm/°C (<50 Ohms) and ±250ppm/°C (≥50 Ohms).
Environmental and Mechanical Characteristics
The resistors have a maximum operating voltage of 100Vdc or VPR and an insulation resistance of 210,000 Megohms. They are designed to withstand thermal shock, short time overload, terminal strength, moisture resistance, mechanical shock, vibration, and low temperature storage.
Physical Characteristics
The resistors have a lead finish of SnAgCu, a substrate material of alumina, and a resistor material of cermet. The body material is conformal epoxy resin, available in red or black.
Ordering Information
The ordering information includes the model series number, number of leads, circuit type, tolerance code, and resistance code. The series is available in various packaging options, including ammo pack, tube, and bulk.
