Overview

Resistance
The resistors come in ranges of 1% tolerance (22R to 1M ohms), 2% tolerance (10R to SM6), and 5% tolerance (10R to 10M ohms). Custom options for tolerances of +1% (F Tol) and +5% (J Tol) are also available. The network offers a standard resistance tolerance noted at 25°C and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.

Each resistor element in circuits -1 & -5 has a power rating of 125mW, and those in circuit -3 are rated at 200mW at 70°C.
Voltage and Insulation
The maximum operating voltage is either 100Vdc or the voltage per resistance (VPR), with an impressive insulation resistance of 10,000 Megohms.
Environmental and Mechanical Performance
A series of tests were conducted to examine the resilience of the resistor networks under various conditions. The tests included Thermal Shock plus Power Conditioning, Short Time Overload, Terminal Strength, Moisture Resistance, Mechanical Shock, Vibration, Low Temperature Storage, High Temperature Exposure, and Load Life of 1,000 Hours, with a ΔR (change in resistance) ranging from 0.25% to 1.00% illustrating their durability.
Additional Qualifications
The networks have also been tested for Resistance to Solder Heat, Dielectric Withstand Voltage, and Marking Permanency. Their flammability rating complies with UL-94V-0, and the units are proven to sustain a storage temperature range between -55°C to +150°C.
