Overview
The SIL Resistor Network L Series is a thick film low profile SIP conformal coated resistor network that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
Electrical Characteristics
The series offers a standard resistance range of 22R to 1M with 1%, 2%, and 5% tolerance options. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100ppm/°C.
Environmental and Mechanical Characteristics
The series meets various environmental and mechanical standards, including thermal shock, short time overload, terminal strength, moisture resistance, mechanical shock, and vibration.
Physical Characteristics
The resistors have a low profile SIP package with a conformal epoxy resin coating and alumina substrate. The lead finish is SnAgCu, and the resistor material is cermet.
