Overview
The SIL Resistor Network L Series is a thick film low profile SIP conformal coated resistor network that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
Electrical Characteristics
Standard resistance range: 22R to 1M, with 1%, 2%, and 5% tolerance options. Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
Environmental and Mechanical Characteristics
Insulation resistance: 210,000 Megohms. Temperature coefficient of resistance: ±100ppm/°C. Power rating: 125mW to 200mW per resistor element.
Physical Characteristics
Lead finish: SnAgCu. Substrate material: Alumina. Resistor material: Cermet. Body material: Conformal epoxy resin, red or black.
Ordering Information
Model series number of leads: 4 thru 14. Circuit type: Isolated, Bussed, or Dual Terminator. Tolerance code: F = ±1%, J = ±5%.
