Materials
The datasheet specifies the use of various materials, including:
- Virgin white Teflon (per ASTM D1710, Grade Type 1, Class 2) for the insulator
- Beryllium copper (per ASTM B196, Alloy C17300, Temper TD04) for contacts
- Silicone rubber (per ZZ-R-765, Class 2B, Grade 65-75) for the gasket
- Phosphor bronze (per ASTM B139, Copper Alloy C53400, Temper HO4) for the lockwasher
- Brass (per ASTM B16, Alloy C36000, Temper H02) for all other metal parts
Finishes
