Overview
The LOI EV Series is a 1A bi-directional solid-state switch designed for white goods applications, such as valve controls in washing machines, and as a replacement for mechanical and hybrid relays where long life is required.
Key Features
RoHS compliant and Halogen-Free, with blocking voltage capability up to 800V and surge capability of 10Amps. It also features static dv/dt > 20 Volts/μsec and is available in thru-hole and surface mount packages.
