Numbering System Overview

Size Codes
Thin film sizes range from 20×20 to 375×250, with corresponding size codes. Thick film sizes range from 30×20 to 650×650, with corresponding size codes.
Tolerance and Material Codes
Tolerance codes indicate the precision of the resistor value. Material codes specify the substrate material, including Alumina, Beryllia, Silicon, Glass, and Quartz.
Termination Types
Termination types include gold, palladium, platinum, and wraparound solder, with corresponding codes.
Resistor Value Codes
Resistor values are encoded using a combination of letters and numbers, with specific rules for values under 10 ohms, from 10 to 99.9 ohms, and from 100 ohms to 100 megohms.
