General Information
This datasheet describes test jacks and test probes designed for panel mounting, with a mounting style of Einbauart and a contact system rated for 1 A of current.
Electrical Characteristics
The contact resistance is specified at 20 mV, with a minimum insulation resistance of 3 GΩ between contacts and 6 GΩ between contacts and the mounting plate. The dielectric strength is rated at 50 Hz, with a minimum of 7 kV between contacts and 7 kV between contacts and the mounting plate.
Environmental and Physical Characteristics
The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +100°C when not carrying current, and from -25°C to +55°C at the rated current. The solderability is tested according to IEC 68-2-20, with a temperature of 235°C for 2 seconds. The surface of the contacts is plated with 1.0 μm Au, with the option for tin-plated contacts or hard gold plating on request.
