This datasheet describes the 15 Amp and 16 Amp bi-directional solid-state switch series, designed for AC switching and phase control applications.
Key Features
RoHS compliant, glass passivated junctions, voltage capability up to 1000 V, surge capability up to 200 A, and electrically isolated “LPackage” with UL recognition for 2500Vrms.
Applications
Excellent for AC switching and phase control applications such as heating, lighting, and motor speed controls. Typical applications include AC solid-state switches, light dimmers, power tools, lawn care equipment, home/brown goods, and white goods appliances.
Types
Standard type devices operate in Quadrants I, II, and III, while Alternistor type devices operate in Quadrants I, II, and III, with high dv/dt capability.
