The T140 Series and T242 (CSR23 Style) are hermetically sealed, axial, polar type tantalum through-hole capacitors that meet MIL-PRF-39003 standards.
These capacitors offer:
- Compact, rugged design for miniaturized circuitry
- Low DC leakage current and dissipation factor
- Low ESR/impedance over a wide temperature and frequency range
- Available in standard EIA capacitance values from 0.82 pF to 1,200 pF with +10% and +20% tolerances

- Operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C
