KEMET’s T11O Series and T212 (CSR13 Style) are hermetically sealed, axial, polar-type tantalum through-hole capacitors designed for high humidity environments and miniaturized circuitry.
These capacitors offer a wide range of capacitance values (0.0047 pF to 330 pF), tolerances (+5%, +10%, and +20%), and voltage ratings (6 VDC to 125 VDC).
They are suitable for various applications, including coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits.
The T11O Series and T212 (CSR13 Style) are qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 and offer various failure rate options, including Graded (B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S).
Additional features include low ESR limits, excellent stability, and extremely low DC leakage current.
