Overview
KEMET’s T11O Series of hermetically sealed tantalum through-hole capacitors are designed for use in high humidity environments and are suitable for miniaturized circuitry. They offer excellent stability, low DC leakage current, and low ESR/impedance over a wide temperature and frequency range.

- Available in capacitance values from 0.0047 pF to 330 pF with tolerances of +5%, +10%, and +20%
- Rated voltages from 6 VDC to 125 VDC
- Operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C
- Low ESR limits and excellent stability
- Qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR13 Style)
Applications
Typical applications include coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits in miniaturized circuitry.
