KEMET’s T11O Series and T212 (CSR13 Style) are hermetically sealed, axial, polar-type tantalum through-hole capacitors designed for high humidity environments.
These capacitors offer a wide range of capacitance values (0.0047 pF to 330 pF) with tolerances of +5%, +10%, and +20%, and operating voltages from 6 VDC to 125 VDC.
They are suitable for coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits in miniaturized circuitry, and are qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR13 Style).
The T11O Series exhibits excellent stability, low DC leakage current, and low ESR/impedance over a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C).
