These capacitors exhibit comparable electrical and low frequency performance characteristics of the T110 Series, with capacitance values ranging from 0.0023 pF to 160 pF in +20% and +10% tolerances.
The series is offered in working voltages of 6 VDC to 100 VDC at +85°C, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
Case sizes include A, B, C, and D, with various failure rate options available, including Graded B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S.
The capacitors are taped and reeled per EIA Specification RS-296 and marked per MIL-STD-1285.
