The KEMET T110 Series of hermetically sealed, axial, MIL-PRF-39003 Polar Type tantalum through-hole capacitors are specifically designed to function in high humidity environments. Their rugged construction makes them ideal for tasks such as coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits. The capacitors offer significant stability with very low DC leakage, dissipation factor, and ESR/impedance across a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.
Standard capacitor values range from 0.0047 µF to 330 µF with tolerances of +20%, +10%, and +5%. The capacitors can operate between a voltage rating of 6VDC to 125VDC and withstand an operating temperature spectrum of -55°C to +125°C. Available in case sizes A, B, C, and D, they come with various failure rate options for military products, including Graded B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S.
