The T7698 is a quad T1/E1 line interface and octal T1/E1 receive frame monitor designed for use in telecommunications systems.
It features five pulse equalization settings for template compliance at DSX cross-connect, receive includes equalization, digital clock and data recovery, and receive decoder (B8ZS or HDB3) with CEPT T1/E1 interference immunity as required by G.703.
The device has a low power consumption, integrated quad T1/E1 line interface and octal T1/E1 receive frame monitor with HDLC processor, providing system QoS capabilities.
It also includes hardware and software reset options, 3-state outputs, and is compliant with various industry standards such as AT&T, Telcordia, ITU-T, ANSI, and ETSI.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it is available in surface-mount packages, 100-pin BQFP, and 100-pin TQFP.
