Overview
KEMET’s X7R dielectric features a 125°C maximum operating temperature and is considered “temperature stable”. These capacitors are suited for bypass and decoupling applications or for frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical.

Typical applications include decoupling, bypass, filtering, and transient voltage suppression. These capacitors are AEC-Q200 automotive qualified, Pb-Free, and RoHS compliant, with a temperature stable dielectric and a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage.
Available in various case sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220, with DC voltage ratings ranging from 6.3 V to 250 V and capacitance offerings from 10 pF to 22 μF.
