Overview
KEMET’s X7R dielectric features a 125°C maximum operating temperature and is considered “temperature stable”. These capacitors are suited for bypass and decoupling applications or for frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical.

Typical applications include decoupling, bypass, filtering, and transient voltage suppression. These capacitors are AEC-Q200 automotive qualified, Pb-Free, and RoHS compliant, with a temperature stable dielectric and a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage.

Available in various case sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220) with DC voltage ratings from 6.3 V to 250 V, and capacitance offerings ranging from 10 pF to 22 μF.
100% pure matte tin-plated termination finish allows for excellent solderability, and flexible termination options are available.
