KEMET’s SMD MLCCs with COG dielectric offer a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. This product is classified by the Electronics Components, Assemblies & Materials Association (EIA) as a Class I material and is considered stable. COG dielectrics are ideal for resonant circuit applications and where the consistency and stability of capacitance are essential. Capacitance remains unaffected over time and displays minimal change with variations in ambient temperature, limited to ±30 ppm/°C across the range of -55°C to +125°C.
