These capacitors feature a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, are lead (Pb)-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant, and come in various case sizes (EIA 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1808, 1812, 1825, 2220, and 2225) with DC voltage ratings from 10 V to 250 V.

They offer capacitance values ranging from 0.5 pF to 0.47 μF, with available capacitance tolerances of ±0.10 pF, ±0.25 pF, ±0.5 pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, and ±10%.
