KEMET Power Solutions (KPS) MIL Series ceramic capacitors are designed for high reliability switch mode power supply (SMPS) and pulse energy applications.

These capacitors are available in commercial, military, and space grades, and are qualified under MIL-PRF-49470 and DSCC 87106.

Key Features:

Available in unencapsulated and encapsulated styles in both surface mountable and through-hole configurations.

Low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) and Equivalent Series Inductance (ESL) make them suitable for input and output filtering of power supplies and snubber applications.

Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.

High frequency performance, bulk capacitance in a reduced footprint, and high thermal stability.

Available in BX, BR, BQ, and XZR dielectrics.

Applications:

Input and output filtering on power supplies, snubber circuits, and radar filtering.

Used in avionics systems and other high reliability applications.
