The S-8340/8341 Series is a CMOS step-up switching regulator controller with a high oscillation frequency of 300 kHz or 600 kHz. It features a PWM control circuit (S-8340 Series) and PWMIPFM switching control circuit (S-8341 Series), allowing for high efficiency and low ripple.
The controller has a low-voltage operation, built-in current limit circuit, soft-start function, and shutdown function. It is suitable for portable devices, audio equipment, notebook PCs, and communication devices.
