Overview
This datasheet describes the F93 Standard Series of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from Nichicon, which are compliant with the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC).
Key Characteristics
These capacitors have a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a rated temperature of 85°C. They have a capacitance tolerance of 20% or 0%, and a dissipation factor of less than or equal to the initial specified value.
The capacitors also have a leakage current of less than or equal to the initial specified value, and a capacitance change of less than or equal to 15% after 2000 hours of application at rated voltage.
