Overview

The ZZ series is a high-temperature EMI filter designed for impedance circuits where large capacitance values are not practical. It provides effective filtering in the microwave frequency spectrum from 100 MHz to 26 GHz.

Key Features

High-temperature construction withstands 300°C installation temperatures. Rugged monolithic discoidal capacitor construction with a glass hermetic seal on one end and an epoxy seal on the opposite end. High-purity gold plating ensures excellent solderability and compatibility with thermal and ultrasonic wire bonding.

Specifications

Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C. Insulation resistance: 1,000 megohm-microfarad minimum at 25°C and 100 megohm-microfarad minimum at 125°C. Dielectric withstanding voltage: 2.0 times rated DC voltage for R-level designs and 2.5 times rated DC voltage for Class B and Class S designs.
