General Specifications
The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers feature thin, flexible, and flame-retardant insulation with solid Copper conductors. The cable insulation is either white UL VW-1, Style 2643 or high temperature flame retardant Polyimide (Kapton) insulation.
Cable Construction
The conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 gauge AWG. The female housing is made of black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon and features spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510 pins.

The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers are available with various options, including different cable lengths, insulation materials, and pin plating. The connectors can be customized with special materials, plating, and sizes.
Technical Specifications
The jumpers have a cable current rating of 3 Amps, a cable voltage rating of 300 Volts, and a dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil. The conductor contact resistance is 2OmOhms initial (max. ZOmOhm increase) based on a 2″ cable at 20°C. The operating temperature range is -55 to 105°C.
