Aries 90° Pin Staked Flex Jumpers combine thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation.
The cables have a standard cable insulation of white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, with an option for high temperature flame retardant cable insulation of Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive.
The conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG, and the female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon.
The jumpers have a cable current rating of 3 Amps and a cable voltage rating of 300 Volts, with a dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil (minimum standard) and 4000 Volts/mil (minimum high temp).

Custom design and production are available, with options for special materials, platings, and configurations.
Standard and high-temperature cable insulation options are available, with varying plating options, including Matte Tin, Nickel, and 93/7 Tin/Lead.
