Overview
The Aries 90° Pin Staked Flex Jumpers combine thin, flexible solid copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation.
The jumpers feature a black UL 94V-0 glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 nylon female housing and spring-tempered copper alloy 510 female and male crimp-on pins.
General Specifications
The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive, with an option for high-temperature flame retardant cable insulation made of Polyimide (Kapton) insulation with acrylic adhesive.
The jumpers have a cable current rating of 3 Amps, cable voltage rating of 300 Volts, and cable dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil.
The operating temperature range is -55 to 105°C, with a cable insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms minimum (standard) or 100,000 MOhms (high temp).
