The Aries 90° Pin Staked Flex Jumpers combine thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, flame-retardant insulation.
General Specifications
The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon.
Cable Specifications
The cable conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to that of 26 gauge AWG. The cable current rating is 3 Amps, and the cable voltage rating is 300 Volts.
Mounting and Ordering Information
The suggested PCB hole size is .032 ± .002 [0.81 ± 0.05] dia. The ordering information includes the number of conductors, cable length, and optional suffixes for high-temperature cable insulation and plating.
