The Series 181 Thru 183 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers feature thin, flexible, solid copper conductors embedded between layers of flame-retardant insulation. The cable insulation is white UL VW-1, with Polyimide (Kapton) insulation available for high-temperature applications.
The product has a cable current rating of 3 Amps, voltage rating of 300 Volts, and dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, with female and male crimp-on pins made of spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510.
