Aries 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers
The Aries 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers are a type of jumper cable featuring thin, flexible solid Copper conductors embedded between layers of tough, flexible, and flame-retardant insulation.
General Specifications
The standard cable insulation is white UL VW-1, Style 2643 flame retardant polyester, with a high temperature flame retardant option available. The conductors are solid Copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 gauge AWG, while the female housing is black UL 94V-0 glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon.
Cable Current Rating and Voltage Rating
The cable current rating is 3 amps, with a voltage rating of 300 volts. The Kapton insulation provides a dielectric strength of 2500 Volts/mil, with a minimum insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms.
Operating Temperature and Conductor Contact Resistance
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C, with an initial conductor contact resistance of 2ΩOhms, increasing to a maximum of 20ΩOhms over 20°C.
