Aries offers a wide range of DIP jumper configurations and wiring possibilities for programming needs. The jumpers have reliable, electronically tested solder connections, and protective covers are ultrasonically welded on to provide strain relief for cables.
The cables have 10-color coding for easy identification and tracing. The header body and cover are made of black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, and the header pins are made of Brass 1/2 hard with standard plating of 10u [.25um] min. Gold per MIL-G-45204 over 504 [1.27um] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.

The cable insulation is UL Style 2697 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and the laminate is clear PVC, self-extinguishing. The cable current rating is 1 Amp @ 10°C [50°F] above ambient, and the voltage rating is 300 Volts.
