This specification covers the performance requirements for 10 watt, silicon voltage regulator diodes in both standard polarity and reverse polarity.
Key Features
Four levels of product assurance (JAN; JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS) are provided for each device type.
The device package outline is a DO-04, and the maximum ratings are specified in the characteristics and test ratings table.
