The S-1000 series is a high-precision voltage detector developed using CMOS process with an accuracy of ±1.0%. It operates with low current consumption of 350 nA typ. and has two output forms, Nch open-drain and CMOS output.
The device is suitable for portable equipment with ultra-low current consumption, high precision, and small package. It has a wide operating voltage range of 0.95 to 5.5 V and hysteresis characteristics.
The S-1000 series is available in three packages: SC-82AB, SOT-23-5, and SNT-4A, and is lead-free, Sn 100%, and halogen-free.
Applications
The device can be used in power monitors for microcomputers and reset for CPUs, portable equipment such as cellular phones, digital still cameras, and PDAs, and constant voltage power monitors for cameras, video equipment, and communication devices.
