Overview
These RF ceramic chip inductors are designed for high frequency performance with low loss ceramic and high conductivity metal electrodes. They are compact, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, making them ideal for wireless applications.

Available in three EIA sizes (0201, 0402, and 0603), they offer a range of inductance values (0.6-220 nH) and Q factors (8-12 at 100 MHz).
They have a high self-resonant frequency (up to 221 GHz) and operate over a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C).
Terminations are lead-free tin plated nickel barrier, with optional Sn/Pb terminations available.
They are suitable for various wireless applications, including CELLPCS modules, wireless LAN, broadband components, RFID, and RF tranceivers.
