Overview
The HC49M, HC49J, and HC49H are high-reliability quartz SMD crystal oscillators available in extended temperature ranges, making them suitable for automotive applications.
Key Features
These oscillators offer a wide frequency range (3.5MHz to 80MHz) with fundamental and overtone modes. They have a low frequency tolerance (#5ppm) and temperature tolerance (#1ppm) with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
The devices have a maximum drive level of 100uW and a recommended drive level of 10uW. They also feature a low series resistance (500M Ohm) and high shunt capacitance (7pF).
