This datasheet describes a range of precision wirewound printed circuit board resistors with welded or radial lead terminations, designed to meet or exceed MIL-R-93 and MIL-R-39005 ratings.
These resistors feature insulated stress-relieved windings, optional lead materials, and different lead spacings available on request.
Key Features:
Wattage ranges from 0.100 to 0.600 watts, with tolerances as low as ±0.01% at 25°C.
Non-inductive windings are available, and temperature coefficients range from +2 ppm/°C to +6000 ppm/°C.
The resistors undergo an extensive accelerated aging program to ensure excellent resistance stability and accurate initial calibrations.
Special Screening and Acceptance Tests:
Optional tests include short time overload, thermal shock, temperature coefficient of resistance, and radiographic inspection, designed to detect a spectrum of potential resistor defects.
