Overview
The PFC Series offers high-precision and ultra-stable performance with a Tantalum Nitride resistive film system in various chip sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010, and 2512).
Key Features
Wrap-around terminations with leach-resistant nickel barriers ensure high-integrity solder connections. The resistors are available with 60/40 Sn/Pb and Pb-free (RoHS compliant) terminations.
They are tested for COTS applications and offer absolute TCR to ±1ppm/°C. MIL screening is also available.
