The PFC Series offers high-precision and ultra-stable performance with a Tantalum Nitride resistive film system in various chip sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010, and 2512).
Key Features
Wrap-around terminations with leach-resistant nickel barriers ensure high-integrity solder connections. The resistors are available with 60/40 Sn/Pb and Pb-free (RoHS compliant) terminations.
Electrical data includes power rating, maximum voltage, temperature range, ESD, and noise sensitivity. Manufacturing capabilities data covers tolerance, resistance range, and TCR.
Environmental data includes performance in thermal shock, low temperature operation, short time overload, high temperature exposure, effects of solder, moisture resistance, and life.
Physical data provides dimensions for each model, and MIL-screened precision chip resistors are available with specific ordering information.
