Overview
The PFC Series offers high-precision and ultra-stable performance in 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010, and 2512 chip sizes. These resistors feature a Tantalum Nitride resistive film system, non-leaching Nickel barrier, and wrap-around terminations.
Key Features
Available in 60/40 Sn/Pb and Pb-free (RoHS compliant) terminations, with power ratings up to 1W and voltage ratings up to 200V. The resistors have a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and are tested for COTS applications.
MIL screening is available, with options for 1%, 0.5%, and 0.1% tolerance. The resistors are manufactured using a unique passivated Tantalum Nitride film, ensuring long-term life stability and stability in most environments.
