The PFC Series offers high-precision and ultra-stable performance in various chip sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010, and 2512) with standard 60/40 Sn/Pb and Pb-free (RoHS compliant) terminations.

Ultra-stable Tantalum Nitride resistor film system, non-leaching Nickel barrier, and wrap-around termination ensure long-term life stability and high-integrity solder connections.
Available with MIL screening, these chips are manufactured on the same production line as MIL-qualified chip resistors and screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-55342.
Electrical Data
Power rating, maximum voltage, and temperature range vary by chip size, with ESD protection up to 2KV to 4KV (HBM) and noise sensitivity of <-25dB.
Tolerance options include ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%, with TCR values ranging from ±10 ppm/°C to ±50 ppm/°C.
