Applications
The GC48O0 series beam lead PIN diodes are suitable for low power series or shunt switching, limiting, phase shifting, attenuating, and demodulating applications in stripline or microstrip format through Ku band. These devices can be used in series mode switches, phase shifters, and attenuators.
